The Canadian Open DH race fell on the last day of Crankworx this year, and man... what a scene. Heckler's Rock was unbelievably noisy and boisterous, with hundreds of hardcore mountain biking fans surrounding the legendary part of the course.

The atmosphere was simply incredible, as were the photo opportunities.

It's admittedly nice to shoot something like this and expand my skills. Action photography is, as you can imagine, very challenging; requiring the photographer to think quick and time their shots perfectly.
